Brage, IK

Brage, IK was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Brage, IK, 187 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Brage, IK could be found in Group 17 together with Askims IK, Space/Ordin and ASL SC. Brage, IK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Borås AIK with 0-3. In the Final, Tokyo Verdy won over IF FF Hammarby and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Brage, comes from Borlänge which lies approximately 360 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Brage, IK, the club Kvarnsvedens IK does also originate from the area around Borlänge.
