IFK Aspudden-Tellus

IFK Aspudden-Tellus was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to IFK Aspudden-Tellus, 69 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof IFK Aspudden-Tellus could be found in Group 5 together with Hyllie IK, TSV Sasel and Bossekop UL. IFK Aspudden-Tellus continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eimsbütteler TV with 0-3. In the Final, IK Grand Bodø won over IFK Nyköping and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. IFK Aspudden-Tellus also participated in Girls 15 during Gothia Cup 2014. They reached the 1/32 Final in G15 Play off A, but lost it against Hertzöga BK with 3-4. IFK Aspudden-Tellus comes from Stockholm which lies approximately 390 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Stockholm does also provide 63 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Djurgårdens DFF, Hammarby IF, Bollstanäs SK, Ingarö IF, Bällsta FF, Stuvsta IF, Järna SK, Hammarby IF DFF, Enebybergs IF and IFK Lidingö FK).
