Mörbylånga GoIF

Mörbylånga GoIF was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Mörbylånga GoIF, 221 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Mörbylånga GoIF could be found in Group 10 together with Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, TV Wellingholzhausen 2 and IFK Eskilstuna Norr. Mörbylånga GoIF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Lilienthal-Falkenberg, SV with 0-2. In the Final, CD Inter Vista Alegre won over ACBB Paris and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Mörbylånga GoIF also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2014. They reached the 1/32 Final in B14 Play off A, but lost it against IK Oddevold with 0-2. Mörbylånga GoIF comes from Mörbylånga which lies approximately 300 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Mörbylånga does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Ljungbyholms GOIF, Torsås GoIF, Färjestadens GoIF, Möre BK, IFK Kalmar, Persnäs/Böda-Högby and Kalmar FF).
