Hazlehead Academy

Hazlehead Academy was one of five clubs from Scotland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Hazlehead Academy, 214 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 53 different groups, whereof Hazlehead Academy could be found in Group 29 together with Partille IF, IFK Österåker and Marin FC. Hazlehead Academy continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 29. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against A.S. México with 1-3. In the Final, Dallas Texans won over Angered FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Hazlehead Academy comes from Aberdeen which lies approximately 840 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
