In addition to the two SK Iron teams, 43 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof SK Iron Blå could be found in Group 8 together with BK Häcken 2, Hammarby IF DFF 1 and KFV Segeberg 1. SK Iron Blå continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Älvängens IK with 1-2. In the Final, FC Connecticut won over Borgeby FK 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12.
