Hyllie IK

Hyllie IK was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Hyllie IK, 69 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Hyllie IK could be found in Group 5 together with TSV Sasel, IFK Aspudden-Tellus and Bossekop UL. Hyllie IK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against LB07 with 0-6. In the Final, LB07 won over BK Höllviken and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 16. Hyllie IK also participated in Girls 15 during Gothia Cup 2014. They reached the 1/16 Final in G15 Play off A, but lost it against SG Borken e.V. with 0-1. Hyllie comes from Malmö which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Malmö does also provide 41 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Lunds BK, GIF Nike, Södra Sandby IF/GoF IF, Anderslövs BoIK, IFK Klagshamn, BK Höllviken, Södra Sandby IF, Vellinge IF, Torns IF and Åkarps IF).
