Tindastoll

Tindastoll was one of 7 clubs from Iceland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Tindastoll, 69 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Tindastoll could be found in Group 15 together with FC Elva, Vänersborgs IF and Älvsjö AIK FF. Tindastoll continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Grand Bodø with 0-5. In the Final, IK Grand Bodø won over IFK Nyköping and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Tindastoll comes from Skutuvogur 13 A which lies approximately 1900 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Skutuvogur 13 A does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (FH, Vikingur, Stjarnan, Volsungur, KA and Snaefellsbaer).
