In addition to SK Sprint-Jeløy, 132 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof SK Sprint-Jeløy 1 could be found in Group 32 together with Norrby IF, Jonsereds IF and FC Paide. SK Sprint-Jeløy 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 32. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Fässbergs IF with 2-3. In the Final, BK Häcken won over Torslanda IK and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 18. SK Sprint-Jeløy also participated in Boys 18 during Gothia Cup 2014. They reached the 1/32 Final in B18 Play off A, but lost it against Frederiksværk BK with 7-8.
