SC Binningen

SC Binningen was one of five clubs from Switzerland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to SC Binningen, 132 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof SC Binningen could be found in Group 14 together with Hisingsbacka FC, BK Forward and InterClubes. SC Binningen continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Noujoumi FC 2 with 2-3. In the Final, Vake-WIT won over Heikendorfer SV and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Binningen comes from Binningen which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than SC Binningen, the club BSC Old Boys does also originate from the area around Binningen.
