HooGee/EsPa YJ

HooGee/EsPa YJ was one of 14 clubs from Finland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to HooGee/EsPa YJ, 221 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof HooGee/EsPa YJ could be found in Group 35 together with Vaksala SK 2, Utbynäs SK and Walddörfer SV. HooGee/EsPa YJ continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 35. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against SC Nienstedten with 1-3. In the Final, CD Inter Vista Alegre won over ACBB Paris and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. HooGee/EsPa YJ comes from Espoo which lies approximately 780 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Espoo does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (HooGee, VJS, FC Honka, HJK Helsinki and Nummelan Palloseura).
