Skedsmo

Skedsmo was one of 42 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Skedsmo, 214 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 53 different groups, whereof Skedsmo could be found in Group 34 together with Kristianstad BoIS 2, A.S. México and Kungsladugårds BK. Skedsmo continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 34. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against SC Borgfeld eV with 0-4. In the Final, Dallas Texans won over Angered FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Skedsmo also participated in Boys 13 during Gothia Cup 2014. They reached the 1/16 Final in B13 Play off A, but lost it against Olfen, SuS with 4-5. Skedsmo comes from Skedsmokorset which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Skedsmokorset does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Oppsal IF, Follo FK, Lillestrøm SK, Lyn Fotball, Lørenskog IF, Rælingen FK, LSK kvinner FK, FK Fjellhamar, Lillestrøm SK IK and Vollen UL).
