IFK Timrå

IFK Timrå was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to IFK Timrå, 214 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 53 different groups, whereof IFK Timrå could be found in Group 22 together with Žalgirietis, Atlas-Longlived and Bollstanäs SK 2. IFK Timrå continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 22. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Beijing Sunshine with 0-3. In the Final, Lillestrøm SK won over Fc Franconville PB and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. IFK Timrå comes from Timrå which lies approximately 610 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Timrå does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Kubikenborgs IF, Selånger FK, Essviks AIF, Sundsvalls DFF and Medskogsbron BK).
