Linero IF

Linero IF was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Linero IF, 196 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Linero IF could be found in Group 18 together with ACOS Treviglio, IK Zenith 1 and SC Nienstedten 1. Linero IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Ramlösa Södra FF 2 with 2-3. In the Final, BK Olympic Vit won over Athletico SC 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. Linero comes from LUND which lies approximately 240 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around LUND does also provide 43 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Lunds BK, GIF Nike, Södra Sandby IF/GoF IF, Glumslövs FF, Hörby FF, Anderslövs BoIK, Harlösa IF, IFK Klagshamn, BK Höllviken and Södra Sandby IF).
