Hestrafors IF

Hestrafors IF was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Hestrafors IF, 196 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Hestrafors IF could be found in Group 26 together with Senlis, U.S.M. 1, Västerås SK Ungdom 1 and F.C. Beirut 2. Hestrafors IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 26. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Dalen/KFF 2 with 2-4. In the Final, BK Olympic Vit won over Athletico SC 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. Hestrafors IF also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2014. They reached the 1/32 Final in B11 Play off A, but lost it against Helsingborgs IF 1 with 0-9. Hestrafors comes from Bollebygd which lies approximately 38 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Bollebygd does also provide 66 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Balltorps/KSK, Kungsbacka IF, Holmalunds IF, Lindome GIF, Mossens BK, Sjömarkens IF, Sävedalens IF, Dalen/KFF, Landvetter IF and Tölö IF).
