Åtvidabergs FF

Åtvidabergs FF was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Åtvidabergs FF, 214 other teams from 38 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 53 different groups, whereof Åtvidabergs FF could be found in Group 5 together with International School of Kenya, Karlslunds IF HFK 1 and Fortuna FF. Åtvidabergs FF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Trollhättans FK with 0-1. In the Final, Dallas Texans won over Angered FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Åtvidabergs comes from Åtvidaberg which lies approximately 240 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Åtvidaberg does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (BK Derby, Kisa BK, Stångebro United, BK Ljungsbro, FC Linköping City, Hjulsbro IK, Linköpings FC, AFK Linköping and Vikingstad SK).
