Henåns IF

Henåns IF was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Henåns IF, 117 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Henåns IF could be found in Group 13 together with FC Hessleholm, Makati FC and Enköpings SK. Henåns IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hannover, HSC with 0-3. In the Final, Spjutstorps IF won over Tyresö FF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Henåns comes from Henån which lies approximately 57 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Henån does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Halvorstorps IS/ Trollhättans FK, Vallens IF, Stenungsunds IF, Ljungskile SK, Lödöse Nygård IK, Orust GHMMS, Wargöns IK, Skoftebyns IF, IK Oddevold and Trollhättans FK).
