Alingsås KIK

Alingsås KIK was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 19. In addition to Alingsås KIK, 28 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 19. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås KIK could be found in Group 4 together with IK Grand Bodø, ÖV United, Våmbs IF and Kampala Junior Team. Alingsås KIK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vadstena GIF with 0-3. In the Final, Jitex BK won over IK Grand Bodø and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 19. Alingsås KIK comes from Alingsås which lies approximately 39 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
