Stefan cel Mare

Stefan cel Mare was the only club from Moldova that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to Stefan cel Mare, 120 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof Stefan cel Mare could be found in Group 7 together with IFK Haninge P04:1, JSSL Arsenal Singapore 2 and IK Zenith 1. Stefan cel Mare continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Shoot Football Academy with 0-3. In the Final, Assyriska BK won over IF Brommapojkarna 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 11. Stefan cel Mare comes from Str Miorita 3/2 ap 65 which lies approximately 1600 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
