PSV Sydsjaelland

PSV Sydsjaelland was one of 14 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 17. In addition to PSV Sydsjaelland, 83 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 17. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof PSV Sydsjaelland could be found in Group 7 together with Lillehammer KFK, Stars'n Stripes, IK Zenith and IFK Västervik. PSV Sydsjaelland continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Tuve IF with 10-11. In the Final, Tuve IF won over Södra Sandby IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 17. PSV Sydsjaelland comes from Lundby which lies approximately 290 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than PSV Sydsjaelland, the club Karise IK does also originate from the area around Lundby.
