Kristianstads DFF

Kristianstads DFF was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Kristianstads DFF, 124 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 31 different groups, whereof Kristianstads DFF could be found in Group 12 together with Fristad GoIF/Sparsörs AIK/Borgstena IF, Tjust IF FF and Hannover, HSC. Kristianstads DFF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF DFF 1 with 1-5. In the Final, LB07 won over Eskilstuna United DFF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Kristianstads DFF comes from Sundius väg 8 which lies approximately 270 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Kristianstads DFF, the club Filipstads FF does also originate from the area around Sundius väg 8.
