Jyllinge FC

Jyllinge FC was one of 14 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Jyllinge FC, 115 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Jyllinge FC could be found in Group 27 together with SK Sprint-Jeløy, Värmbols FC and Pajamäen PV. Jyllinge FC continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Nykvarns SK with 0-2. In the Final, Kinetic Academy 1 won over F.C. Beirut 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Jyllinge FC comes from Jyllinge which lies approximately 220 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Jyllinge does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (BK Farum, AB Tårnby, Kjøbenhavns Boldklub, Frederiksværk BK and Greve Fodbold).
