Tegs SK

Tegs SK was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Tegs SK, 209 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof Tegs SK could be found in Group 17 together with Rosersberg IK, JSSL Arsenal Singapore and Rödeby AIF. Tegs SK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Lindome GIF with 0-1. In the Final, Landvetter IS won over Leiknir and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Tegs SK comes from Umeå which lies approximately 810 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Umeå does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Among others: Sävar IK, Täfteå IK, Umedalens IF, Mariehem SK, IFK Umeå, Umeå Södra FF, Sandåkerns SK, Gimonäs Umeå IF, Umeå IK and Umeå IK FF).
