IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo

IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). In addition to IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo, 15 other teams from 7 different countries played in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo could be found in Group 2 together with Red Star Belgrad, Eskilstuna United DFF and Kvarnsvedens IK. IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against San Gabriel, CD with 0-2. In the Final, Paris Saint-Germain won over San Gabriel, CD and became the winner of Play off A in Gothia Tipselit Trophy (G17). Limhamn/Bunkeflo comes from Elvavägen 9 which lies approximately 140 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Elvavägen 9 does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Centern, IF, Vejby IF, IS Halmia, Förslövs IF and Halmstads BK).
