In addition to the two Stjarnan teams, 140 other teams from 25 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 35 different groups, whereof Stjarnan 1 could be found in Group 26 together with JSG Backsberg 2, Bk Höllviken 1 and KF Besa-Peja. Stjarnan 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 26. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Olfen, SuS with 0-5. In the Final, Accademia I.C. won over Kopron Football Team and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13.
