Pinheiros, E.C.

Pinheiros, E.C. was one of 11 clubs from Brazil that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Pinheiros, E.C., 207 other teams from 37 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof Pinheiros, E.C. could be found in Group 20 together with Aalborg Chang 2, IK Viljan and Skene IF. Pinheiros, E.C. continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Colegio São João de Brito 1 with 3-5. In the Final, J-L Juniors won over TSV Havelse and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Pinheiros, E.C. comes from São Paulo which lies approximately 11000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around São Paulo does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (AP/RealCacique, Esporte Uniao, Pequeninos do Jockey, Go Sports Brazil, Sampa Futebol Arte, Euro Sports Brasil and Space/Ordin).
