Töreboda IK

Töreboda IK was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 17. In addition to Töreboda IK, 83 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 17. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Töreboda IK could be found in Group 13 together with FK Fjellhamar, TSV Altenholz and Ope IF. Töreboda IK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tuve IF with 1-2. In the Final, Tuve IF won over Södra Sandby IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 17. Töreboda comes from Töreboda which lies approximately 170 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Töreboda does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Johannesbergs LIF, Våmbs IF, Skövde AIK and IFK Mariestad).
