Rynninge IK

Rynninge IK was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 19. In addition to Rynninge IK, 28 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 19. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Rynninge IK could be found in Group 5 together with KF 13 Qershori, Dhirubhai Ambani and Torslanda IK. Rynninge IK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Jitex BK with 0-2. In the Final, Jitex BK won over IK Grand Bodø and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 19. Rynninge comes from örebro which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around örebro does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Karlslunds IF HFK, Örebro SK, IF Eker Örebro and IFK Kumla).
