Skanör-Falsterbo IF

Skanör-Falsterbo IF was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Skanör-Falsterbo IF, 209 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof Skanör-Falsterbo IF could be found in Group 35 together with Nyköpings BIS 1, Stjarnan 2 and CA Intercups Mexico. Skanör-Falsterbo IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 35. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Landvetter IS with 2-3. In the Final, Landvetter IS won over Leiknir and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Skanör-Falsterbo comes from Skanör which lies approximately 270 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Skanör does also provide 17 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Among others: LB07, Uppåkra IF, IFK Klagshamn, Staffanstorps GIF, V. Ingelstad IS, Borgeby FK, Husie IF, Kyrkheddinge IF, Vellinge IF and Bk Höllviken).
