Hörby FF

Hörby FF was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Hörby FF, 209 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof Hörby FF could be found in Group 45 together with SG Borken e.V., Ulricehamns IFK 1 and Sunderby SK. Hörby FF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 45. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Sandvikens IF 1 with 1-2. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna 1 won over Senlis, U.S.M. and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Hörby comes from Hörby which lies approximately 230 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Hörby does also provide 16 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Among others: Spjutstorps IF, Tyringe IF, IFK Hässleholm, Kristianstad BoIS, Torns IF, Hässleholms IF, Uppåkra IF, Genarps IF/Dalby GIF, Ljungbyheds IF and Södra Sandby IF).
