BP Hässelängen

BP Hässelängen was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to BP Hässelängen, 162 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 40 different groups, whereof BP Hässelängen could be found in Group 2 together with Azalea BK 1, JSSL Arsenal Singapore 2 and SG97 Vit. BP Hässelängen continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Munka-Ljungby IF 1 with 0-2. In the Final, Olympiacos FC won over Chungmu and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. BP Hässelängen comes from Stockholm which lies approximately 390 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Stockholm does also provide 62 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Among others: Enskede IK, IFK Lidingö, IFK Lidingö FK, Bollstanäs SK, IF Brommapojkarna, Boo FF, Stuvsta IF, Ekerö IK, Vasalunds IF and IFK Österåker).
