Frisco, IK /HSK

Frisco, IK was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Frisco, IK, 87 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Frisco, IK /HSK could be found in Group 12 together with Spårvägens FF, Fortuna FF and FC Honka. Frisco, IK /HSK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Grand Bodø with 0-1. In the Final, Austin Lonestars 99G Solo won over Upsala IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 14. Frisco, comes from Herrljunga which lies approximately 75 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Herrljunga does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Gerdskens BK, Vara SK, Alingsås KIK, Fristad GoIF/Sparsörs AIK/Borgstena IF, Falköpings KIK, Fristad GoIF, Levene/Skogslund, IFK Falköping FF and Floby IF).
