KSV Klein-Karben

KSV Klein-Karben was one of 67 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to KSV Klein-Karben, 122 other teams from 24 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof KSV Klein-Karben could be found in Group 29 together with Javan Hawk Academy, Kungsbacka IF and IF Eker. KSV Klein-Karben continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 29. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps GIF 1 with 0-5. In the Final, IFK Stocksund won over CEF 18 Tucuman and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. KSV Klein-Karben comes from Karben which lies approximately 860 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Karben does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Concordia Eschersheim 1958 e.V., SG, SpVgg Kickers 16, TuS Makkabi Frankfurt and 1.FC-TSG Königstein).
