SSV Buchholz

SSV Buchholz was one of 67 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to SSV Buchholz, 164 other teams from 37 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof SSV Buchholz could be found in Group 9 together with Hwarang, V. Ingelstad IS and V. Frölunda IF 3. SSV Buchholz continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Currie Star FC 1 with 2-3. In the Final, Shilla FC 1 won over JSSL Arsenal Singapore and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. Buchholz comes from Boppard-Buchholz which lies approximately 890 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
