Ekholt BK 1

Ekholt BK was one of 55 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Ekholt BK, 176 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Ekholt BK 1 could be found in Group 42 together with TSV Bassum eV, FC Gute and Skara FC. Ekholt BK 1 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 42. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against South Dartmoor CC 1 with 4-5. In the Final, Karlslunds IF HFK won over Emmaboda Komb. and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Ekholt comes from Rygge which lies approximately 200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Rygge does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Nøtterøy IF, SK Sprint-Jeløy and Lisleby FK).
