Surrey Elite

Surrey Elite was one of 30 clubs from England that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Surrey Elite, 122 other teams from 24 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof Surrey Elite could be found in Group 18 together with IK Franke, IF Elfsborg and Concordia Eschersheim 1958 e.V., SG. Surrey Elite continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against E.F. Santos Lala with 1-3. In the Final, SK Sprint-Jeløy won over E.F. Santos Lala and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. Surrey Elite comes from SURREY which lies approximately 1100 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around SURREY does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Ascot United FC, Charterhouse School, St. Johns School, Elite Football FC and Bradfield College).
