Levene/Skogslund

Levene/Skogslund was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Levene/Skogslund, 134 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof Levene/Skogslund could be found in Group 17 together with Stord Fotball, GRUPO SHERWOOD and Tranås FF. Levene/Skogslund continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against F.C. Beirut with 1-3. In the Final, Örgryte IS won over FC Rueil Malmaison and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Levene/Skogslund comes from Vara which lies approximately 83 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Vara does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Halvorstorps IS, Vara SK, Falköpings KIK, IFK Falköping FF, Skara FC, Frisco, IK and Floby IF).
