In addition to Vaksala SK, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Vaksala SK could be found in Group 3 together with Nättraby GoIF, Austin Lonestars 98G Morgan and Azalea BK. Vaksala SK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against FASA Elite Impact with 0-1. In the Final, Kvarnsvedens IK won over Boo FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Vaksala SK also participated in Girls 14 during Gothia Cup 2012. They reached the 1/8 Final in G14 Slutspel B, but lost it against Täby IS with 0-1.
