EIS/Åsunda IF

EIS/Åsunda IF was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to EIS/Åsunda IF, 176 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof EIS/Åsunda IF could be found in Group 40 together with South Dartmoor CC 1, Stenungsunds IF and BK Farum. EIS/Åsunda IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 40. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Skara FC with 0-2. In the Final, Karlslunds IF HFK won over Emmaboda Komb. and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. EIS/Åsunda comes from Enköping which lies approximately 360 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Enköping does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Among others: IF VP Uppsala, Västerås IK, Sigtuna IF, Västerås SK Ungdom, Unik FK, Skiljebo SK, IK Viljan, Upsala IF, IK Franke and Västerås BK 30).
