A.F. Madrid Sur

A.F. Madrid Sur was one of four clubs from Spain that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to A.F. Madrid Sur, 134 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof A.F. Madrid Sur could be found in Group 11 together with Frøya IL, Vake-WIT and Lekstorps IF. A.F. Madrid Sur continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against GAIS with 1-2. In the Final, Kampala Junior Team won over GAIS and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 18. A.F. Madrid Sur also participated in Boys 18 during Gothia Cup 2012. They reached the 1/16 Final in B18 Slutspel A, but lost it against Paris F.C 1 with 1-2. A.F. Madrid Sur comes from BRUNETE which lies approximately 2200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
