Horred IF

Horred IF was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Horred IF, 176 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Horred IF could be found in Group 30 together with Mexico F.C, Eskilstuna City FK 1 and JSSL Arsenal Singapore. Horred IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 30. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Mariestads BK with 0-1. In the Final, Skiljebo SK won over Seatown FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. Horred comes from Horred which lies approximately 53 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Horred does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Among others: Kållered SK, Åsa IF, Särö IK, Onsala BK, Lindome GIF, Varbergs BoIS FC, IFK Fjärås, IFK Örby, Annebergs IF and Kungsbacka IF).
