Målilla GoIF

Målilla GoIF was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Målilla GoIF, 182 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 45 different groups, whereof Målilla GoIF could be found in Group 29 together with Torna Hällestad IF, NK KRŠKO and SV Blankenese. Målilla GoIF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 29. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Tips Football with 1-5. In the Final, Sleipner, IK won over IF Brommapojkarna 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Målilla GoIF comes from Målilla which lies approximately 230 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Målilla does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Högsby IK, Vimmerby IF and Hultsfreds FK).
