SV Wahlstedt

SV Wahlstedt was one of 67 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to SV Wahlstedt, 122 other teams from 24 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 30 different groups, whereof SV Wahlstedt could be found in Group 24 together with Onsala BK, Lørenskog IF 2 and Staffanstorps GIF 1. SV Wahlstedt continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 24. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against KFV Segeberg with 0-9. In the Final, IFK Stocksund won over CEF 18 Tucuman and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Wahlstedt comes from Wahlstedt which lies approximately 430 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Wahlstedt does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Kaltenkirchen TS, Walddörfer SV, Ellerau, SC and SSC Hagen Ahrensburg).
