Bergs IK

Bergs IK was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Bergs IK, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Bergs IK could be found in Group 20 together with Storfors AIK, KF Vizioni and Kristianopels GOIF. Bergs IK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against San Diego Soccer Club with 0-4. In the Final, Austin Lonestars 98G Morgan won over BK Farum and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Bergs comes from Svenstavik which lies approximately 580 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
