SRG Himledalen

SRG Himledalen was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to SRG Himledalen, 176 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof SRG Himledalen could be found in Group 36 together with Gjelleråsen IF 1, IFK Östersund Röd and KF Prizren Spor. SRG Himledalen continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 36. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against FK Bromma with 0-4. In the Final, Skiljebo SK won over Seatown FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. SRG Himledalen comes from Varberg which lies approximately 73 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Varberg does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Åsa IF, Onsala BK, Varbergs BoIS FC, Kungsbacka DFF, IF Böljan, Skrea IF and Horred IF).
