Cantolao, AD

Cantolao, AD was the only club from Peru that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to Cantolao, AD, 106 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 26 different groups, whereof Cantolao, AD could be found in Group 1 together with IF Brommapojkarna Röd, Hisingsbacka FC, NK PREČKO and AV 84. Cantolao, AD continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Segeltorps IF with 1-3. In the Final, SKF Latvia SK Supernova won over Hammarby IF and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 11. Cantolao, AD comes from Ferrer 340 La Punta which lies approximately 8800 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Cantolao, AD, the club Selección RED does also originate from the area around Ferrer 340 La Punta.
