Nittedal IL

Nittedal IL was one of 55 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Nittedal IL, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Nittedal IL could be found in Group 19 together with Falköpings KIK, FC Hessleholm and IF Hyltebruk. Nittedal IL continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Gammelstads IF with 3-4. In the Final, Austin Lonestars 98G Morgan won over BK Farum and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Nittedal comes from Hengeaksvn.15 which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Hengeaksvn.15 does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Among others: Skjetten SK, Gjelleråsen IF, Nesodden IF, Strømmen IF, Gruner Fotball, Lørenskog IF, Oppsal IF, Lillestrøm SK, Hauger FK and Årvoll).
