Notvikens IK

Notvikens IK was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Notvikens IK, 134 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof Notvikens IK could be found in Group 27 together with KF Prizren Spor 2, SK Djerv 1919 2 and Sparta Nordhorn. Notvikens IK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Florø SK with 0-5. In the Final, Kampala Junior Team won over GAIS and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 18. Notvikens comes from Luleå which lies approximately 1000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Luleå does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Norrsken, FC, Sunderby SK, Lira BK, Bergnäsets AIK, IFK Luleå and Gammelstads IF).
