They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Kungsladugårds BK could be found in Group 8 together with IFK Lidingö FK, Chung-Mu FC and Concordia Eschersheim 1958 e.V., SG. Kungsladugårds BK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against FC Goussainville 1 with 0-11. In the Final, KF Gjakova won over Halmstads BK and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12.
