IFK Göteborg

In addition to IFK Göteborg, 176 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof IFK Göteborg could be found in Group 3 together with Eskilsminne IF, Selección RED and BRFC. IFK Göteborg continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against InterClubes with 1-2. In the Final, Kampala Junior Team won over Consadole Sapporo and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16.
