In addition to Sandlyckans/Kullavik IF, 176 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Sandlyckans/Kullavik IF could be found in Group 43 together with SK Sprint-Jeløy 2, F.C. Castenaso A.S.D. and Asarums IF/FK. Sandlyckans/Kullavik IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 43. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Nesodden IF with 0-2. In the Final, Skiljebo SK won over Seatown FC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. Sandlyckans/Kullavik IF also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2012. They reached the 1/32 Final in B15 Slutspel B, but lost it against Staffanstorps GIF with 0-3.
